Delivery - Charges start from £5.95 for all orders. Orders are posted Royal Mail Special Delivery and will arrive with you within 5-10 working days from the date of your order - a signature will be required on receipt.
Always check your status to track the progress of your order and to receive your postage tracking number. Any additional items are subject to £2.50 shipping for each item. If you require a delivery for Northern Ireland, The Isle Of Man or any of the offshore Islands/International please contact us prior to ordering. Please refer to our Contact Us section to be able to do this before placing any orders. If your order does not arrive then please contact us within 5 days of Confirmation of Dispatch.
Prices - We will endeavour to hold the prices as shown on this website. Joseph’s retains the right at any time to revise prices to take account any increase in costs, including the increase or imposition of any tax, duty or other levy and variation in exchange rates. We will take all reasonable steps to inform you of any relevant revision of prices at the time of confirmation of your order. Unless otherwise stated, the price quoted will include VAT and any other tax or duty payable. Prices quoted on our internet pages may differ from those in our shop.
Payment – All payments must be made in full and prior to dispatch of any order. Your card will be debited at the time of dispatch not the time of order. We accept payment by all major credit cards/debit cards excluding American Express.
Out of Stock Items – If your order/items are out of stock or there is a delay of expected delivery time you will notified via e-mail along with updating your online status. If we are able to we will advise of any expected date of delivery and request that you confirm that you still wish to purchase the item.
Returns and Exchanges - If for any reason you are unhappy with your order we will be happy to refund the full cost of the items excluding postage under the following conditions:

The item/s must be received back by us within 7 working days of the date on the dispatch note. We strongly suggest that you send them back to us via Special Delivery to ensure the safe return as proof of postage will not be accepted if we do not receive the items within 7 working days, following this please email us the Tracking No.

Items must be returned with all tags and labels attached as dispatched in the original packaging and with the dispatch note included

Once received back to us a refund will be made (less postage costs and a restock charge of £5 per hairpiece/wig)

For personal hygiene reasons we cannot accept any item back that has been worn, styled, cut, sprayed or smelling of cigarette smoke. If this is the case the item will be returned to you and no refund will be given

Only two items will be refunded per order. Any items over this can only be exchanged to the same value or more and will incur an exchange fee of £5

Joseph's reserves to right to refuse refunds if the customer repeatedly request refunds on subsequent orders

Please allow up to 5-7 days for any refunds to be processed

Eyelashes and wig accessories including brushes, hair care products and turbans/scarves cannot be exchanged or refunded due to hygiene reasons

We do not accept any returns from overseas
Faulty Items - If you feel that any item is faulty then it must be returned within 28 days of dispatch where we will inspect it on receipt. On some occasions we may seek a second opinion from the manufacturer. Please ensure any items are posted back to the below address via recorded delivery, without this we cannot be held liable for the goods not reaching us.
The returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
